This easy and refreshing Big Time Sangria is the perfect summer drink! Made with crisp rosé, Sauvignon Blanc, and fresh citrus, it’s packed with fruity flavors and a hint of sweetness. You can mix it up with whatever fruits you have on hand, and the best part? The longer it chills, the better it tastes!
Recipe Ingredients:
- 2 bottles rose wine
- 2 bottles Sauvignon Blanc
- 2 pints strawberries, halved
- 2 cups orange-flavored rum
- 2 cups orange-flavored vodka
- 1 cup halved red grapes
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 lemons, sliced
- 3 limes, sliced
- 3 small oranges, sliced
- 1 liter sparkling water
How To Make Big Time Sangria?
- Mix & Chill: In a large container, combine the rosé, Sauvignon Blanc, strawberries, rum, vodka, grapes, sugar, lemons, limes, oranges, and 1 cup (240ml) water. Stir well to dissolve the sugar, then refrigerate for at least 12 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
- Add the Fizz & Serve: Just before serving, pour in the sparkling water for a refreshing effervescence. Serve over ice or chilled fruit slices for an extra touch!

Recipe Tips:
- Let It Sit Overnight : The key to deep, rich flavors is letting the sangria infuse for at least 12 hours. This allows the fruits to soak up the alcohol and release their juices.
- Use Fresh Fruits : Fresh strawberries, grapes, and citrus slices give the best flavor. Avoid frozen fruits as they release too much water.
- Adjust the Sweetness : If you prefer a less sweet sangria, reduce the sugar or swap it for honey, agave syrup, or a sugar alternative.
- Chill Without Ice : Ice can water down the drink. Instead, freeze some grapes or fruit slices and use them to keep your sangria cold.
- Add the Fizz Last : Always pour in the sparkling water just before serving to keep the bubbles fresh and lively.
How To Store Leftovers?
Let the sangria cool to room temperature, then cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days. The flavors will continue to develop, making it even tastier! Stir before serving.
