  1. Preheat the oven & prepare the tray: Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F. Place a rack in the upper third of the oven and line a baking tray with foil.
  2. Wrap the potatoes: Wrap each baby potato with half a slice of bacon and secure it with a toothpick.
  3. Season & bake: Sprinkle the wrapped potatoes with barbecue seasoning, then place them on the baking tray. Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until the bacon is crisp and golden.
